Corporate Sales Executive, Multifamily Division
Reports To : Chief Operating Officer
Assignment Focus :
We are looking for a successful Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Corporate Sales Executive you will actively seek out sales opportunities through cold calling and networking with large multifamily property management companies and REITs within the Elite Flooring service footprint. You will develop and maintain successful long-term, relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the multifamily industry.
Primary Responsibilities :Develop sales strategies to target multifamily property owners, management groups, and REITsDiscover opportunities to display Elite's value as a trusted partner for our customers flooring needsNegotiate and close opportunities with targeted customersOnboard new accounts through coordination with local Elite Sales ExecutivesStay current with the industry and market trendsRepresent Elite at industry tradeshows and client eventsDesired Skills and Experience:
Must be able to travel throughout Elite's service footprint to meet with prospects and clientsMinimum of 3 years sales experience with a track record of proven successExcellent mathematical aptitude and working knowledge of MS OfficeStrong customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skillsSolid working knowledge of the multifamily industrySalary & Benefits
Competitive base plus commissions401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matchingFirst year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time offMedical paid by employer at 75%Great corporate culture and working environment
