We are looking for a self-motivated Multifamily Sales Executive to join our team.
This position will report directly to the General Manager and will have a heavy dotted line reporting to the VP of Multifamily Sales.
The main objective of this position is new business development along with maintaining a high level of contact with acquired customers through regular visits and calls.
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating and closing skills.Primary Responsibilities :Prospect and qualify new sales leadsTrack all sales activity in the company CRM and keep current by updating account information regularlyDevelop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current customersResolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutionsMeet and / or exceed sales quotasLocal representation at industry association and client eventsDesired Skills and Experience:Outstanding face-to-face client communication skills requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven track record of successfully managing customer relationshipsExcellent time management skills are a
mustAbility to work in a fast paced environmentStrong closing skillsSalary & BenefitsSalary will be commensurate with experience401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matchingFirst year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time offMedical paid by employer at 75%Great corporate culture and working environment
