The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation and/or trial experience, possess strong legal writing skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to their work. They should have a keen business sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and counsel. The candidate must excel in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and issue resolution, while also demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and client service.Duties:Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.Manage and negotiate settlements, when appropriate.Collaborate with internal teams and external parties on complex litigation cases.Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients.Maintain organized case files and documentation.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in commercial litigation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar or ability to waive in.Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial litigation.Substantial litigation and/or trial experience preferred.Strong legal writing skills with attention to detail.Proactive approach to managing cases and clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines.Analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution abilities.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar or ability to waive in.Skills:Substantial litigation and/or trial experience.Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.Analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution abilities.Commitment to teamwork and client service.Benefits:
