Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support and work cross-functionally with various other teams (Accounting, Financial Planning, Forecasting/Budgeting, Marketing, Sales, Operations) by developing and maintaining performance reporting, measurement tools, and key performance indicators
Collect and analyze raw data utilizing SQL or related DBA skills to deliver executive-level qualitative and/or quantitative reports
Assist department manager to manage the portfolio of KPI and Key Metric reports, and maintain/run the processes which feed those reports
Ensure the timely distribution of reports, work to automate processes where possible, and troubleshoot to proactively identify and rectify issues
Conduct ad-hoc analysis, data gathering/mining and other special projects as necessary
Develop new interactive KPI Dashboards utilizing Tableau
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of related operational and/or financial reporting, data mining and analysis experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of SQL coding and data retrieval, and Microsoft and Google suite of services
Results driven and able to strike the right balance between detail orientation and grasping the big picture
Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and achieve effective results in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Great work ethic and willingness to continually improve
Snowflake, Tableau, Power Pivot, Power BI, and previous Wireless Industry experience is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
