Your role involves extended involvement to support our mission and goals. Your nursing processes help assess patients and address health concerns. You create and monitor care plans, tracking patient progress. Your role includes understanding patient needs and helping them navigate healthcare smoothly.What You'll DoConduct detailed clinical assessments following standard procedures, focusing on patient and family needs, then creating, executing, and assessing care plans.Systematically examining and improving nursing practices, and earnestly participating in quality improvement initiatives.Creating a secure and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.Incorporating the unique differences of patients and their families into planned care with respect to diversity.Advocating for patients, creating tailored plans that accurately reflect their values and goals.Encouraging learning among patients, their families, and the healthcare team.Teaming up with colleagues and community members to execute a comprehensive care plan.Utilizing resources effectively in the planning and delivery of patient care, demonstrating organizational skills.Upholding professionalism by improving nursing practice and the work environment, and participating in shared governance and decision-making processes.What Will Make You Successful In The RoleFamiliarity with standard nursing practices and patient care procedures.Understanding of relevant laws and regulations as well as hospital policies and protocols.Exceptional communication skills for clear expression of thoughts, both in speech and writing.Proficient critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Capacity to monitor and report on changes in patients' medical conditions.Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and email use.Belonging StatementWe think everyone should feel valued, supported, and welcome. Nursing must be the principal discipline studied.Must have a minimum of (2) two years of experience in a relevant field.Registered Nurse.Must have Basic Life Support certification or obtain it within 30 days of hire or transfer.
