Job Description:
The job duties of a phlebotomist are as follows:
Adheres to Infection Control guidelinesAssists in maintaining and stocking phlebotomy supply inventoriesPerforms heel stick and toe stick proceduresPerforms some dipstick procedures as neededJob Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent.A phlebotomy certificate is required, with experience of 6 months to 1 year preferred. Must have computer skills and excellent communication skills.A medical background is preferred.
