Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable standing for the entirety of the day, and have the ability to work well with others. This role requires a willingness to be cross-trained in various areas of our 12-step process.
Responsibilities
Documenting received parts in the Receiving area.
Performing a manual Factory Reset by pressing a button.
Conducting Automatic Tests by plugging in up to 32 units and determining the necessary repairs.
Executing Wi-Fi Tests.
Performing Elevated Tests for temperature assessment.
Carrying out Cosmetic Cleaning of units.
Performing Cosmetic Repairs.
Conducting In-Process Quality Control (IPQC).
Kitting parts for shipment.
Building pallets for Pack Out/Pallet Build for AT&T kits.
Shipping completed units.
Essential Skills
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable standing for the entire day
Ability to work well with others
Willingness to be cross-trained in various areas
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Hand dexterity
Punctuality
Experience in assembly, packing, repair, refurbishing, quality inspection, soldering, testing equipment, RF scanner, computer operations, blueprint reading, using power tools, and general labor
