Lead the strategic planning, coordination, and performance optimization of all operational units, including Project Management, Engineering, MDC Deployment Services, Manufacturing, and Quality Control.Foster a collaborative environment by providing guidance and support to director-level direct reports, helping them to resolve complex operational challenges and meet departmental objectives.Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing best practices that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.Operations Management and Performance
Collaborate with department leaders to ensure all projects meet quality standards, stay within budget, and adhere to timelines, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.Conduct monthly project and operational reviews to evaluate performance, financial metrics, and key initiatives, ensuring alignment with RK Mission Critical’s overall corporate objectives.Oversee and guide the implementation of standardized policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all operational units.Policy, Process, and Quality Control
Develop, enforce, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and quality standards, ensuring compliance and accountability across departments.Partner closely with Quality Control to maintain rigorous quality assurance practices, ensuring all products and services meet both regulatory and company standards.Talent and Performance Management
Direct staffing and succession planning efforts within the Operations Department, participating in the recruitment process for key roles and building a pipeline of skilled talent.Oversee the employee performance review process, ensuring director-level managers provide consistent, constructive feedback to their teams and encourage professional growth.Manage compensation and bonus administration for the Operations Department, working to retain high-performing employees and support overall team morale.Financial Oversight
Accountable for the financial health of the Operations Department, including budget preparation, cost management, and financial reporting to senior leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration
