What you'll do

The Lead Product Manager HRIS plays a lead role who will be responsible to shape Docusign's HRIS systems. This position requires a highly driven individual with strong technical and functional background in HRIS systems like Workday, compensation tools, hiring platforms, etc. This role is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Manager HR IT.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the development and definition of the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead with Trust and Employee experience to prioritize, solution and delivery technical solutions around hire to retire, compensation, hiring process etc.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver outcome driven roadmap and solutions partnering with business partners and cross functional teams in IT.
  • Collect, analyze, make recommendations, prioritize, and address product and customer needs that align with organizational goals.
  • Partner with end users, operations to drive end to end employee experience for Workday, iCIMS and other HRIS systems.
  • Drive Product and technology roadmap and prioritizations.
  • Responsible to drive end to end solutions for HRIS systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, and Business teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
  • Be a trusted advisor for platform and technology.
  • Coordinate competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.
  • Drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle from inception to phase-out.
  • Oversee product-related deliverables, which may include PRDs, metrics, and performance measures.
  • Facilitate, understand, influence, manage expectations, and build relationships with cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to achieve product objectives.
  • Apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.
  • Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Build strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions.

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 12+ years of experience with Workday cloud enterprise applications.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with ATS systems like iCIMS.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use data and metrics to support decisions and develop business cases.
  • Understanding of SaaS models, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

  • California: $171,500.00 - $277,025.00 base salary
  • Illinois and Colorado: $164,800.00 - $232,750.00 base salary
  • Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $164,800.00 - $242,225.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
