POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Vice President of Business Services is responsible for overseeing the development of client services deliverables across a variety of verticals within the company. This individual will execute the strategy of our client services teams and lead a team of data-driven performers to grow our client’s businesses from a marketing, people operations, and financial perspective. Initially, this role will be responsible for the growth and scaling of our Marketing Services team, and overtime assume responsibility for the strategic growth of our Recruitment & Financial services departments.

OBJECTIVES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy aligned with the company's objective of scaling up our client services departments (Marketing, Recruitment, & Finance)
- Collaborate with other executives to align client service initiatives with broader company strategies.
- Scale and grow our client-facing business services from $2M to $25M+ each, implementing scalable processes and optimizing team structure for maximum efficiency
- Develop and implement client service strategies that support their growth needs and targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the services team to enhance their skills and performance
- Work closely with the client operations and marketing teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts
- Test, report, optimize and analyze services performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements
- Develop and implement client marketing & sales plans to maximize team capacity, return on investment and client satisfaction to drive retention
- Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track metrics and support data-driven decision-making
- Continuously evaluate and optimize sales and marketing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences
COMPETENCIES
- Strong levels of business and financial acumen in order to operationalize and scale a client-facing department
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven experience in marketing and sales strategy development, with a strong foundation for driving revenue growth
- Proven track record of managing large teams and driving client satisfaction and retention
- Understanding of sales, marketing and business operations/automation
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to craft a value proposition to clients for the client services and how they can drive their growth
- Demonstrated passion for operations, data intelligence, enablement and thorough understanding of cross-functional alignment in a global environment.
- Strong skills in developing and growing a department, including the implementation of scalable processes and optimizing team structure
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years' years of experience in a senior leadership position with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
