About the Role:CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Sales Director to spearhead our growth strategy in emerging markets. With a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to successfully position our next-generation cyber security capabilities.As a Regional Sales Director, you will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to articulate CrowdStrike's GTM strategies to senior customer executives. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute account plans to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across your assigned region.This is a Director-level opportunity within our Field Sales team, requiring a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to build executive relationships. You must be results-driven, customer-focused, and technologically savvy, with excellent communication and presentation skills.Sales and management experience leading a team of senior sales professionalsDay-to-day personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, long-term opportunity managementA deep network of VAR resellers to drive all pertinent issues related to CrowdStrike sales strategy and goal attainmentIdentify, develop, and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expanding revenue with customers across the assigned region; independently and cooperativelyScope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targetsTarget and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territoryCollaborate with operative peers across functions (including the Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of target prospects at both the individual contributor and executive levelWork cooperatively within the partner ecosystem to leverage their established account presence and relationshipsCapture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com/CLARITY and other data analytics toolsWhat We Offer:A competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus bonus incentives based on performance. This is a remote work opportunity, requiring occasional travel to meet with clients and colleagues.
