Exciting opportunity to join an established and growing real estate investment firm headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. This role will report to the director of acquisitions and will be a key player in underwriting new deals and various related financial operations.
Responsibilities:Conduct market research, develop detailed knowledge of targeted markets and present to senior managementCreate financial models and discounted cashflows for new acquisitionsUnderwrite commercial and other real estate asset classesAssist with investor reportingCreate waterfall modelsVarious related responsibilities
Requirements:Bachelors degree (masters preferred)1-3 years of related real estate underwriting experienceStrong experience in financial modeling (Argus and Excel preferred)
