At Prendio-BioProcure, we are dedicated to helping scientists and biotech researchers develop novel therapies and cure disease as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Our software enables scientists to find, select, order, and obtain the products and services they need to support their research, highly efficiently and at lower cost. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for our solutions (from technology products to tech enabled services). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, data, sales, account management and customer success, to outline our go-to-market process to enable high impact launches. Additionally, you will shape and deliver compelling narratives that highlight the value of our solutions and drive market adoption. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, creativity, and hands-on execution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, Refine, and Rollout How we LaunchCreate a process of product launches – from incremental releases to disruptive launches, define how we bring to market new capabilitiesDevelop and execute on go-to-market strategies for new product releases, features, and updates.Establish key performance indicators to assess the success of launches and of the tactics deployed when launching.Lead product launches by collaborating with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution – iterating our way to success.
Execute on Product LaunchesTranslate complex technical features into clear, customer-centric benefits.Work with content and design teams to produce product-related marketing materials such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and email campaigns.Create high-impact sales enablement materials, including presentations, product demos, case studies, and battle cards.Train the sales team on product messaging and how to effectively communicate value to prospective customers.
Establish the foundation of the market intelligence needed for high-quality execution.Develop an ideal customer profile for all our solutionsDevelop and refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging to align with ideal customer profile and target customer segments.
Create and implement best practices for secondary and primary market researchConduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the procurement industry.Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to differentiate our solutions. Issue regular communications to the broader organization to fuel a high-performance commercial organization in winning against the competition.Ensure consistency of product messaging across all channels and touchpoints.Gather and analyze customer feedback to shape product development and enhance marketing initiatives.
Develop, Implement, and Facilitate the Foundations for continued successDevelop customer stories and case studies to demonstrate the value of our products in real-world applications.Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements and skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology environment in the healthcare industry.Strong understanding of the life sciences industryStrong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, or related industries.Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messages.Expertise in crafting stories and supporting these with visual communication via presentations and other marketing artifacts.Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms is required.Strategic ThinkingStrong Analytical SkillsCross-functional CollaborationCustomer FocusCreativity and InnovationResults-driven
