What you’ll do:

On an average day, a customer support specialist:

Provides customer service to our client base via email and phone supportDevelops and maintains relationships with clients and vendors through friendly, effective, and timely communicationResearches, resolves, and follows up on customer issues in a timely mannerAccurately completes credit applications, tax exemption forms and return authorizationsReceives help tickets and assigns them to the appropriate department or personCreates, updates, and maintains case records in our ticketing systemPerform other duties assigned

Who we’re looking for:

For this entry level position, we will train candidates with the following attributes:At least 1 year of customer service experienceThe confidence to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environmentExperience with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational skillsThe ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficientlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skillsThe ability to learn new programs and software applicationsExtreme attention to detailThe ability to identify, research and solve problems quickly and independentlyA positive, can-do attitude
