Job DescriptionProcess development, validation, and implementationMAE Planning for new processes, process improvements and new productsLead continuous improvement process (CIP) activities in all TEF areas, motivating associates to support and actively participate in Value Stream CIP projectsContinuous improvement of TPM: Corrective and Preventive maintenance of production equipmentManage equipment spare parts warehouse with the target of part availability, while maintaining lowest possible inventoryParticipation in product TTM projectsPFMEA and Control Plan leadershipEngineered to Order (ETO) routings and validationITM Function:Database managementSAP supportVT Standards: generation and maintenanceCoordinate and execute the industry 4.0 Vision and Roadmap for the PlantProvide 100% up-time on manufacturing software solutions and MES systemsDevelop and deploy internal policies, processes, and proceduresEstablish environment for risk-taking, innovation and socially responsive behaviorLead meetings to build team spirit and communicate company updatesInterface with internal/external customersCoach and develop associates to achieve their career goals.Travel Expectation: Up to 10% (Domestic and International)QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent years of experience (10+) in manufacturing and/or manufacturing engineering7+ years of production/manufacturing experience5+ years of experience in a managerial capacityPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineeringThorough knowledge of Manufacturing principles (Lean and build-to-order/batch processing)Experience leading multifunctional, diverse, and cross departmental teams – driving improvements and changesKnowledge of TPMWorking knowledge of Industry 4.0Knowledge in the fields of investment calculation, cost calculation and cost structureAnalytical problem-solving techniques, Shainin, Six Sigma or similarEffective applied knowledge of machining practices and procedures, and a broad knowledge of basic engineering principles as they applyExceptional continuous improvement process skills in direct and indirect areasStrong proactive, analytical, problem solving, planning and organization skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working in international teams/networks – intercultural flexibilityMust be a proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to coach associates and be a role model
