Specialized in Commercial, Restaurants, Retail, Hotels, Tenant Improvements, Class A Offices, among other high end interior projects.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the PX / Director in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.Support payment applications, change orders, request for information, permits etc.Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues.
QualificationsB.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field
and/or
related construction experience.8-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Restaurants, Retail, Interiors, Tenant Improvements, Class A Offices, others.Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills
are also crucial to the success of the role.Procore, Bluebeam,
or similar software's are important.
What you'll get in returnIn return, you will receive a package of up to
$120,000 - 150,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
