About the RoleAs an Assistant Project Manager, you will support Senior Project Managers in overseeing large-scale construction projects, from planning through completion. Based in the Tallahassee office, you will play a key role in project coordination, budget management, and stakeholder communication. This role is ideal for an aspiring project manager who is looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their career with opportunities for advancement.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Senior Project Managers in planning, budgeting, and coordinating construction projects.Track project progress and manage schedules to ensure timely completion.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.Prepare reports and documentation for project updates and budget monitoring.Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.Contribute to project quality and risk management efforts.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in construction project management or as an Assistant Project Manager.
