About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support Senior Project Managers in overseeing large-scale construction projects, from planning through completion. Based in the Tallahassee office, you will play a key role in project coordination, budget management, and stakeholder communication. This role is ideal for an aspiring project manager who is looking to gain hands-on experience and develop their career with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Project Managers in planning, budgeting, and coordinating construction projects.
- Track project progress and manage schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project updates and budget monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Contribute to project quality and risk management efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or as an Assistant Project Manager.
