Senior Project Manager - Fast Response
to join our Service Projects team. This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Sales. This position requires an individual experienced in Mechanical, Electrical and Piping who likes the challenge of unique designs, projects and deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:Make sales contacts and research customer needsFollow up on sales leads with new and existing customersDevelop and deliver sales presentations to potential clientsDevelop and maintain relationships with clientsEstablish long-term, ongoing repeat relationships with clientsMeet established sales and profit goalsMaintaining customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain professional communications with co-workers and clientsFacilitates and troubleshoots problems associated with projectProvides advice to clientsResponds to client inquiriesProvides estimates and proposals to clientsProvides direction for projectsPurchase materials and equipment as neededObtain all permitsMaintain control of project costs
Qualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:BA/BS Degree5-7 Years experience as a Project Manager in industryProficient on MS Office Suite and SalesforceWell developed sales process and sales skillsExcellent oral/written communication skillsDeveloped presentation skillsExcellent customer relations skillsAttend client project meetingsAttention to DetailBe able to multi-taskExcellent OrganizationAbility to problem solveTeam PlayerFlexibleAble to work in a fast-paced environmentCreative use of skills and resources to get the job done
