Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Multifamily
Location: Miami, Florida
Compensation: $110,000 to $140,000 (DOE) + bonus + additional benefits
Irving Knight are partnered with a leading general contracting and construction management firm looking to add a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage their large-scale multifamily projects from conception though completion. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing multifamily residential projects, a commitment to excellence, and the leadership skills needed to drive complex projects forward.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management:
Oversee the full lifecycle of multifamily projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and the timely resolution of issues.Budget and Cost Management:
Develop and manage detailed project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters while meeting or exceeding client expectations.Scheduling & Coordination:
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all phases of the project are coordinated effectively and delivered on time.Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor project teams, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure efficiency and success.Quality Control & Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety standards and conduct regular inspections to ensure all work complies with local regulations and company standards for quality and safety.Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or address issues proactively to minimize project disruptions.
Must have requirements:Experience managing multifamily residential projects valued north of $80M.Experience leading teams of 6+ including APMs and Superintendents.Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.Experience with CM Deliver Method, a plus if also has experience with IPD.Experience with Owner Contracts, inclusive of AIA 102, 201 and Consensus 500.Proficient in construction software including Procore, CPM Scheduling P-6, as well as the knowledge and use of BIM.Deep foundation and watering experience.Experience in Subcontractor Negotiations, Subcontractor Contracts, Subcontractor Scope Sheets, Preconstruction Oversight.Bilingual - Spanish speaking highly preferential.
