Qualifications:Graduated from a bachelor's degree or equivalent program at an accredited university in construction managementOne year of experience in ground up commercial constructionAbility to read a full setoff plans is preferredExperience with working with Procore is required
Job responsibilities:Accounting specific:Process all AP in collaboration with Controller by coordinating payment with subcontractors and vendorsSend out notifications as needed to subcontractors and vendorsEnsure all lien waiver are sent, executed and filed in conjunction with APCollect paid receipts and lien waivers from vendors of subcontractorsCoordinate any lien notices received with the Project Management teamEnsure all field receipts are entered into the appropriate cost code for the appropriate project
Project Management specific:Send out, follow up on and ensure RFIs are received within applicable timeframeEnsure RFI responses are uploaded into ProcoreSend out, follow up on and ensure submittals are received within applicable timeframeEnsure approved submittals are uploaded into ProcoreManage drawings and drawing revisionsEnsure latest drawings are uploaded into ProcoreEnsure Procore directory is up to date with latest contact information of all subcontractors, vendors, design team members and ownersMaintain and keep certificates of insurance (COIs) updated on each subcontractorDistribute Sincere’s COI to lenders and owners as neededSend out safety manuals to subcontractors for review and executionTrack safety and clean up violations and notify Project Manager(s) as neededProvide administrative support to the Project Management Team by following up with utility providers, 3rd party testing services and vendors to keep project on schedule as neededTake meeting minutes during scheduled meetings and distribute to appropriate team membersInterface with AHJ portal to schedule inspections, pay for permits and perform other administrative tasks as needed
Skill sets required:Ability to read civil, structural, architectural and MEP plansDetail oriented, efficient and 'can do' attitudeStrong verbal and written communicationStrong and proficient use of computer systems, Microsoft Office Apps and software in generalAbility to efficiently utilize company provided project management construction software – Procore ©
