Role DescriptionThis is a full-time onsite role located in Memphis, TN for an Attorney at Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, PC. The Attorney will be responsible for handling a caseload, performing legal research, writing legal documents, and representing clients in court. The successful candidate will also collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff, participate in client meetings, and provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
Depending upon the experience level, some candidates may see immediate responsibility in site inspections, depositions, court appearances and trial.
QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state bar in Tennessee or eligibility for admissionStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
