$20-21/hrOverview:LHH is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our client's team in Newport Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently.Handle heavy phone traffic, addressing client inquiries and concerns.Operate point of sale system to sell supplements and process transactions.Provide outstanding customer service to enhance client experience.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.Experience in a medical spa, hospitality, or chiropractic office preferred.Proficient in MS Office applications.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and remain busy on your feet throughout the day.Degree preferred but not required.Schedule:Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:45 AM - 6:00 PMTuesday and Friday: 7:45 AM - 3:00 PM
