Our client located in Downtown Atlanta is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team!
Pay: $22 - $25/hr6 month contractIn office, M-F
The Front Desk Receptionist will handle a variety of administrative tasks, including drafting correspondences and memos, greeting visitors, answering and routing telephone calls, preparing outgoing mail, and performing routine administrative research. The work environment is structured, with the receptionist responsible for maintaining the front office functions.Responsibilities:Produce letters, memos, and other correspondence.Copy, scan, distribute, and file memos, reports, and other materials.Assist with maintenance requests for office equipment.Ensure conference rooms are maintained (cleaned and stocked).Maintain the Procedures Manual for the front office.Assist with scheduling meetings as requested.Help with office furniture and equipment inventory.Receive and process all incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other courier services).Prepare and send outgoing correspondence (documents, emails, etc.)Open and close the office during core operating hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., lunch from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.).Update and post the monthly birthday and anniversary schedule.Serve as fire warden during fire drills (flexible task).Preferred Qualifications2 years of relevant experienceExperience working with the publicProficiency in Microsoft Word, with knowledge of mail merge and managing large documentsExcellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications
