OverviewSeeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and networking systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support and troubleshooting. The role involves responding to inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and assisting with installations and configurations.
ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for software, hardware, and network systemsDiagnose and resolve technical issues for end-usersAssist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systemsManage tickets through the help desk system, ensuring timely resolutionPerform routine system updates, backups, and maintenanceProvide basic training and guidance to end-users on IT systems
Qualifications3+ years of experience in IT support or a related roleAssociate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systemsBasic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)Familiarity with common software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service skill
