The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Experience in the Electro Mechanical Assembly field.Experience in a production environment (including internships), with a strong emphasis on precision electro assembly.Familiarity with IPC 610 standards ( required ); knowledge of J-STD-001 is a plus but not mandatory.A keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a quality-driven setting.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:Assemble high-reliability electronic components in accordance with specified standards and procedures.Ensure that all components meet stringent quality specifications and regulatory requirements.Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to identify defects and discrepancies.Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance safety and efficiency.Document work performed and promptly report any issues to management.
