Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experienceRecruit, hire, and retain best in class talentDeliver operational excellence in all store processesDevelop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goalsCreate foot traffic through community involvementDemonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environmentDrive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
