Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Jackson, MS for a Litigation Paralegal at Brown Bass & Jeter, PLLC. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation, including drafting legal documents, organizing and managing case files, conducting legal research, and assisting in trial preparation.
QualificationsCompletion of an accredited paralegal program or equivalent work experienceStrong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation related to litigationExcellent research, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in legal research tools and softwareAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and strong time management skillsExperience with eDiscovery software is a plusUnderstanding of court rules and filing procedures
