Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Sacramento, CA. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the successful fulfilment of our sales efforts to the customers we serve, inventory management, and equipment operation. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing inventory levels, optimizing warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries, and managing warehouse staff.
Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equalValid Driver's License with acceptable recordStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and associated functionsExcellent communications skills, creative problem-solving skills, and organizational skillsProven work experience or clear demonstration of the ability to lead a teamWell-developed attention to details and a desire to be highly accurateMust have stellar multitasking and prioritizing ability, as well as a strong sense of urgencyHave a desire for future opportunities and growth, with the desire to earn them
Preferred QualificationsCollege Degree or 4 years of relevant work experienceTwo or more years’ experience leading a teamElectrical Distribution or similar Wholesale Distribution experienceExperience recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring employees
Working ConditionsThis job operates in a professional environment primarily in a warehouse, with frequent outside yard activities, and occasional off-site travel in company vehicles.
Performing the essential duties of this job:May require standing, bending, twisting, lifting, reaching, and walking with repetitionMay also require the ability to climb stairs, stoop, kneel, or crouchRequires ability to understand and speak English clearlyOccasionally requires lifting or moving products and supplies up to 50 pounds unassisted
