OVERVIEWVaco is seeking a dedicated
D365 ERP Support Specialist
for a direct hire role. The D365 ERP Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth and effective use of the ERP system, supporting business goals, and optimizing workflow. This position will assist users by troubleshooting issues, supporting system upgrades, and providing training on ERP processes, with a focus on D365 F&O. The ideal candidate will be skilled at problem-solving, able to bridge operational needs with system functionality, and passionate about delivering quality service and support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESUser Support & Issue Resolution:
Provide direct support to internal and external users, addressing ERP system issues promptly and professionally to maintain operational efficiency.System Maintenance & Upgrades:
Collaborate with IT teams on system updates, testing new features, and preparing the environment for seamless upgrades.Training & Documentation:
Conduct user training sessions and develop clear documentation to empower users in their ERP workflows and ensure consistent application use.Requirements Gathering & Solutions Development:
Partner with operations teams to understand system needs and translate them into functional requirements for ongoing improvements.Process Optimization:
Use a proactive approach to identify opportunities to improve ERP-related processes, enhancing quality and reducing response time.
REQUIREMENTSERP Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, particularly within a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience in D365 F&O.Operations Collaboration:
Proven track record of working with operations teams to gather requirements and apply system solutions.Detail-Oriented Problem Solver:
Solution-oriented with excellent attention to detail, able to handle multiple priorities, and maintain quality performance under tight deadlines.Interpersonal Skills:
Strong organizational skills, effective in diverse cultural settings, and a team player capable of working independently.Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Azure DevOps.

Certifications in Dynamics 365 modules
In our commitment to transparency throughout the hiring process, we provide a target annual base salary range of $80,000 - $105,000 for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) experience, work location, and skills. Additionally, this position is eligible for comprehensive benefits provided by the hiring employer.
