At this high profile 600 seat restaurant our Restaurant General Manager acts as the captain of a great ship, understanding that the strength of the crew relies on each individuals performance. This approach involves strategic thinking, continuous coaching and development, rejecting the notion of merely 'muscling through' as a sustainable plan for success. Instead, they focus on enhancing both the top and bottom lines by recruiting and nurturing a team ready to excel.
