Associate Principal, Change/Release Management

Hybrid, 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteWe are unable to sponsor as this is a permanent full-time roleA prestigious company is looking for an Operational Readiness Coordinator. This company is looking for a candidate who has 7+ years of release/change management and project management experience. This coordinator will need broad knowledge of ServiceNow and able to confirm documentation, monitors, runbooks, and NFRs are operationally sound. They will work with software delivery within Java, AWS, Agile, Jenkins, Etc.Responsibilities:Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Support the delivery and management of communications.Confirm documentation, monitors, runbooks, and NFRs are operationally sound.Review release “gate” acceptance criteria for movement of releases between stagesConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.Track and report issuesSupport change management at the organizational levelServe as an advocate for change management, communicating change management processes and procedures throughout the company and assisting teams with adoptionContinually work towards making improvements in the change processStay current on trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and complianceQualifications:Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Eight or more years of experience in change management.7+ years of previous release, change and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred)Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.Experience with Microsoft Office desktop tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Requires a broad knowledge of ServiceNow
