About the RoleThe role involves performing hands-on installation support for new or modified production equipment, supervising technicians and trades during equipment installation and conversion, troubleshooting and documenting Electrical and Controls Systems, and modifying machine control programs.
ResponsibilitiesExecute initial equipment set-up and debugProvide troubleshooting support and direct engineering techs and tradesProcure and expedite materialsDevelop electrical installation checklists and schedulesPrepare work orders and direct maintenance personnelReview and update installation documentation and drawingsModify software programs for process equipment controlRedline existing schematics and resolve design issuesProvide training on new equipment installation proceduresRe-design electrical components to reduce installation costAnalyze and correct equipment installation practices
QualificationsBS Mechanical Engineering Technology, BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Project Management
Required SkillsAutoCAD+++MS Office proficiency
