We are currently seeking a for
Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V
the Manufacturing Technical Operations division located in Houston, TX. The Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V will create metrology programs using CALYPSO and/or Zone3 software for the inspection of surgical products using Zeiss CMMs and OGP Visual Measurement Systems within the quality organization. The Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V will also perform:Measurements to support the GR&R analysis of the inspection routinesCreate standardized work instructions and report templates to ensure high quality and robust inspection processHands-on support of Incoming Inspection to confirm visual and dimensional Out of Specifications of received productsPromote cooperation and teamwork within the quality control department through open, candid communication and timely coordination
Must Have Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentThe ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in EnglishDemonstrated experience using CalypsoUnderstanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Preferred skills-Experience in using Zone3, and MeasureMind software-1+ year of experience in a Medical Device manufacturing environment-Experience with SolidWorks
