Encore Talent Solutions is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with specialized expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Infrastructure Integration to join our team in Cincinnati. This role is ideal for a strategic leader experienced in navigating the complexities of post-merger infrastructure integration. You will be instrumental in driving the seamless consolidation of systems, networks, and infrastructure components, ensuring minimal disruption while delivering maximum value to the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at stakeholder management, change control, and leading cross-functional teams through transformative infrastructure projects in an M&A environment.
Key Responsibilities:M&A Infrastructure Strategy and Execution:
Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure integration projects following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery that aligns with business objectives.Stakeholder Alignment and Collaboration:
Act as a central point of coordination between IT, executive leadership, and acquired business units, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and integration timelines.End-to-End Project Management:
Oversee all project phases, including requirement gathering, feasibility assessments, detailed planning, resource allocation, and risk management, to support successful post-merger transitions.Budget, Timeline, and Compliance Oversight:
Maintain rigorous control over project budgets and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.Qualifications:Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is highly preferred.M&A and Infrastructure Expertise:
10+ years in project management with a focus on infrastructure integration in M&A scenarios. Proven experience in network, server, and systems consolidation is essential.Advanced Knowledge of IT Methodologies and Standards:
Proficient in project management standards (PMBOK), M&A best practices, and methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, along with compliance standards (ISO, CMM, Six Sigma).Proficiency in Project Management Tools:
Skilled in using tools such as MS Project, PlanView, and risk management databases to track project progress, manage resources, and ensure accountability.Skills & Competencies:Strategic Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams.Problem Solving and Adaptability:
Demonstrated skill in navigating complex challenges unique to M&A scenarios, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Leadership and Team Building:
Proven experience in setting expectations, managing team performance, and fostering collaboration in a high-stakes environment.Discretion and Professionalism:
