Executive & Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive and Personal Assistant to serve as a partner to the C-Suite in managing their professional and personal commitments. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a keen ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.Conduct research and compile information for decision-making processes.Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Personal Support:Assist with personal errands and appointments, including managing household staff and service providers.Coordinate personal travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.Plan and organize personal events, such as family gatherings and special occasions.Maintain personal and family schedules, ensuring all commitments are met.Administrative Duties:Screen and respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Maintain filing systems and organize documents for easy access.Track expenses and assist with budget management.Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant and personal assistant.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and integrity
