EnerMech is seeking a skilled Process Pipeline Supervisor to oversee onsite PPU operations, including Filling, Flushing, Leak Testing, Hydrotesting, Dewatering, Umbilical Testing, and Bolting. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead key activities with a focus on safety and excellence.

Process Pipeline Supervisor Job Description:The Process Pipeline Supervisor will lead and control operational activities to ensure project completion according to approved procedures.The Process Pipeline Supervisor will collaborate with the Project Team during planning to develop accurate technical procedures, equipment drawings, and calculations.The Process Pipeline Supervisor will ensure equipment is properly loaded out, overseeing specifications, procurement, and function testing.The Process Pipeline Supervisor will manage QHSE compliance to guarantee safe, efficient project execution.The Process Pipeline Supervisor will prepare and verify field paperwork for client approval to support timely invoicing and documentation.The Process Pipeline Supervisor will provide regular updates and reports to EnerMech and client personnel on project progress.The Process Pipeline Supervisor will train and evaluate Technicians and Trainees, providing post-job evaluations for Operations review.The Process Pipeline Supervisor will coordinate with engineers and project managers to identify, assemble, and mobilize project-specific equipment.The Process Pipeline Supervisor will keep Project Load Out Lists accurate and updated, overseeing equipment quarantine and load-out areas.When not assigned to a project, the Process Pipeline Supervisor will support the Warehouse Supervisor in equipment readiness and storage.The Process Pipeline Supervisor will manage and supervise sub-contractors, suppliers, or third-party vendors as necessary.Acting as the QHSE focal point, the Process Pipeline Supervisor will ensure adherence to EnerMech and Client standards.
Qualifications:Must Reside in or near Houston, TX7+ years of field experience, including 4+ years in a supervisory role within PPU services.High School Diploma or equivalent.Required certifications: Valid Driver’s License, Passport, SafeGulf/RigPass, BOSIET, TWIC, and UKOOA medical examination.Mechanical or Vocational Certification.Broad experience across multiple PPU services.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong leadership and field operation skills, with conflict resolution abilities.Knowledge of pressure ratings, fittings, and basic diesel engine mechanics.Ability to read P&IDs and handle document management software for PDFs.
