Job Description:Prepare, manage, and refine tender documents, including detailed cost estimates, proposals, and technical solutions tailored to offshore projects.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of EnerMech’s offshore services, including Topside and Subsea Pipeline Pre-commissioning and Commissioning, Pipeline Maintenance, Nitrogen Purging, Dewatering and Drying, and Hydraulic Flushing. Ensure proposals reflect these capabilities to meet comprehensive client needs.Conduct cost analyses and risk assessments to develop competitive pricing strategies aligned with client specifications for offshore projects.Collaborate closely with project and operations teams to align tender submissions with technical requirements and client needs.Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, representing EnerMech’s technical expertise and service offerings with confidence.Review tender submissions meticulously for compliance with project specifications, quality, and accuracy before submission.Utilize industry expertise to identify innovative solutions, enhancing project proposals and highlighting EnerMech’s broad capabilities in offshore services.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Experience: 5-7 years in tendering for the offshore sector, with a preference for experience in subsea infrastructure and umbilical's.Skills: Strong operational knowledge, particularly in estimating and proposal development, and familiarity with nitrogen purging, pipeline pre-commissioning, dewatering, and hydraulic flushing is a plus.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in tender management software and MS Project.Communication: Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.Deadline-Oriented: Ability to deliver high-quality submissions within deadlines.
