Job Description:Assist in recruitment processes, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.Participate in onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.Help manage HR documentation and employee records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training programs.Assist with HR projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support decision-making.

Requirements:3.5 GPACurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.A passion for learning and a genuine interest in HR practices.
