Human Resources Manager
to join its expanding HR team in Boston and provide a wide range of dedicated HR support, from hiring support to employee relations and professional development initiatives. The role comes with a competitive compensation package:$130K-$150K plus bonus35-hour workweek and a hybrid scheduleRobust DEI, well-being, and professional development programs
The HR Manager will be responsible for:Supporting organizational structure, performance management, compensation, policy interpretation, employee relations, and professional development programsAssisting with the annual professional staff performance review processGuiding employee relations matters, including performance issues, flexible work arrangements, and leaves of absenceParticipating in performance management and involuntary departure meetings; drafting performance improvement plans and memos
