JOHNLEONARD is helping a sizeable progressive law firm find a Human Resources Manager to join its expanding HR team in Boston and provide a wide range of dedicated HR support, from hiring support to employee relations and professional development initiatives. The role comes with a competitive compensation package:
- $130K-$150K plus bonus
- 35-hour workweek and a hybrid schedule

The HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Supporting organizational structure, performance management, compensation, policy interpretation, employee relations, and professional development programs
- Assisting with the annual professional staff performance review process
- Guiding employee relations matters, including performance issues, flexible work arrangements, and leaves of absence
- Participating in performance management and involuntary departure meetings; drafting performance improvement plans and memos
