Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled
Level 3 / SME Application Administrator
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrating and maintaining Java or .NET applications, along with hands-on experience in AWS SysOps, DevOps methodologies, and operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Proficiency with databases like MySQL and SQL Server and expertise in setting up robust monitoring and alerting systems is essential.Key Responsibilities:Application Administration
Provide Level 3 support for Java or .NET-based applications, ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
AWS SysOps
Manage and administer AWS infrastructure, including automation, cost optimization, scaling, and securing resources.
DevOps Integration
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with development teams to automate deployments and streamline workflows.
Operating System Management
Administer both Windows and Linux environments, ensuring systems are secure, updated, and optimized for performance.
Database Administration
Monitor and manage MySQL and SQL Server databases, performing routine backups, optimizations, and ensuring data integrity.
Monitoring & Alerting
Set up, configure, and manage monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify and resolve system and application issues.
Qualifications:5+ years of experience in application administration (Java or .NET apps).Hands-on experience with AWS SysOps and cloud infrastructure management.Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices, with experience in CI/CD pipelines.Strong experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.Experience working with IAS (Internet Authentication Service).Familiarity with database management (NoSQL, SQL Server).Proven experience in setting up comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:Certifications in AWS SysOps or DevOps.Experience with additional cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
