Base Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience managing JIRA & Confluence (From an System Administrative perspective)3+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira Service Management with a strong comfortability in orchestrating Jira Desk integrated projects and JSM (Jira Service Management) Portal usage3+ years' experience administering a Cloud and Data Center deployment model instance of Jira/Confluence3+ years of hands-on experience Design and implementing custom workflows, fields, permission schemes, post functions, scripting (Etc...)Strong Analytical skills with a focus in ITL and ITSM (Support Desk experience is a plus)3+ years of hands-on experience managing users via AD (LDAP) or Okta IDP user mgmt experience3+ years of GitHub, Code pipelines, PSQL RDS DBs, and AWS experienceResponsibilities:E2E visualization/solution conceptualization for service-desk-enabled ProjectsPartnering close with Identity Management to improve incumbent Support desk processesBuilding, managing and enforcing standards (Governance in the Atlassian Tools)Engage with users (client-facing skills) with a detail-oriented approach in deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Jira Projects and enhancements while looking to optimize and follow Atlassian recommendationsProvide configuration and administrative support via scripts or REST integrations to internal userInstall, configure, test, and manage plug-ins and coordinate upgradesEffectively prioritizes work, troubleshoots issues, communicates, and completes tasks on time in an Agile environmentNavigate complex questions around networking and base functionality of Atlassian Suite of Tools
