Tiello has partnered with a highly successful Roofing Contractor in the Phoenix area on their search for a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative.
Overview:As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be essential in driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the Phoenix area. Your primary role will be to identify and engage with commercial clients needing roofing solutions, using your expertise to provide tailored recommendations and achieve sales targets.
Must have a proven track record of generating $3M to $6M in commercial roofing business annually within the Phoenix market.
Compensation:
65K-75K Base salary with 3%-5% commission on total revenue generated!
Responsibilities:Generate New Business:
Prospect, qualify, and cultivate leads to create new business opportunities within the commercial roofing market.Client Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' roofing needs and recommend suitable solutions from our extensive product portfolio.Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, building owners, and facility directors.Proposal Development:
Estimate and deliver accurate and competitive project proposals.Negotiation:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales objectives.Market Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Client Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process and ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:Experience:
Proven track record of success in commercial roofing sales bringing in $3Million - $6 million annually, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong relationship-building abilities.Self-motivation:
Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.Travel:
Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
