POSITION SUMMARY:The Senior Manager Finance - Capital Expense (CapEx) for NHSc US will oversee the planning, analysis, budgeting, and execution of key capital expenditures. This role ensures that capital investments align with strategic initiatives, optimize returns on investment, and comply with financial policies and standards. This position will require quarterly travel to our corporate office in Bridgewater, NJ and/or various factory locations across the US.The preferred candidate will be within commutable distance to a Nestle Health Science Headquarter location ( NJ, NY metro, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach, FL).RESPONSIBILIITES:Capex/NIMT Management:Financial Modeling for major capex investmentsLead cross-functional and cross-Business Unit streams to build business assumptions and justification for capex investmentsCoordinate with Engineering CIAT submission documents for approvals routingOngoing management of NIMT for approved projects, ensuring compliance both in and outside of SAPMonthly Capex review for NHSc US - CFO, COO, VP Ops Finance, Chief Engineer and factory teamsAccountability for quarterly Major Capex Project Business Case updates and after-action reviews (as required)Leases/CIAT Management:Management of Lease documents required for submissionLiaise with respective BU Co-Pilot for review and approvalsBuild databases for all NHSc US leases including CIAT managementEstablish periodic reviews of leases and manage leases expiring within 12 months and new leases within the past 6 monthsEnsure compliance across business units both in and outside of SAPDirect Line Management:Direct Line Manager for Project Controller (Majors)Manage project controller(s) supporting key projects across NHSc USCo-pilot for NHSc US Chief Engineer with a business and financial perspectiveREQUIREMENTS:BS in Finance or equivalent5-7 years in P&L managementStrong leadership and cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsExhibits solid understanding of P&L concepts and accounting principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointSAP or other ERP system experience and knowledgeSKILLS:Synthesizes information from various sources to deliver comprehensive and actionable insightsDemonstrates critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skillsBalances pressures and demands of multiple customers and competing prioritiesThe approximate pay range for this position is $134,000- $168,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
