Job Description
MAA is seeking a senior interior designer for its downtown Dallas office. Applicants must meet the following requirements: registration as an interior designer and/or architect, 6 to 8 years of experience, diverse project experience history with hospitality, client management skills, project management and contract documentation experience (including Revit), and marketing skills. Prepare and deliver conceptual design presentationsDevelop space planning concepts and generate program documentsSource and specify FF&E materials, finishes, and furnishingsCoordinate with manufacturer representatives, contractors, and consultantsConduct site visits and field verificationsProcess submittals, RFI’s, and shop drawings during the CA phaseProduce construction/millwork/furniture drawings, details and sectionsDevelop and maintain client relationshipsQualifications
Education / Experience
6 to 8 years experienceDiverse project experience history with hospitalityProject management and contract documentation experience (including Revit)Credentials
