This role offers a unique opportunity for legal professionals to engage in meaningful work, collaborate with experts, and contribute to innovative case strategies while supporting a diverse range of clients, particularly in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.Duties:Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and legal strategies are aligned.Supervise junior associates and manage their contributions to casework.Collaborate with experts to develop case strategies and assist with fact development.Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Assist in depositions and provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) with strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm.Admission to practice in California.Background in science, with experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.Proven expertise in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.Education:JD from an accredited law school.Additional degrees (MD, MPH, PharmD, or Epidemiology) are highly regarded.Certifications:Active Bar admission in California.Skills:Exceptional analytical and writing abilities.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective oral and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in project management and multitasking.Job Location:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) plan.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A supportive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
