This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of personal injury law, and the ability to negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable settlements.Location:Duties:Review and evaluate personal injury claims for case viabilityConduct investigations by gathering and analyzing evidence, medical records, and witness statementsDraft and prepare legal documents such as demand letters and settlement proposalsNegotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counselProvide clients with regular updates and explain legal processesDevelop case strategies and collaborate with senior attorneys for case progressionStay current on relevant personal injury laws and industry trendsRequirements:Admission to the Colorado State Bar0-3 years of legal experience; personal injury law experience preferredStrong analytical, research, and negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectivelyDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal servicesProficiency in legal research tools and case management softwareEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Licensed to practice law in ColoradoSkills:Experience in personal injury or pre-litigation practice is a plusFamiliarity with insurance claims processes and negotiation tacticsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
