Primary Skills: Program Manager, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management, Q2C/ Quote-to-Cash, UAT / DocumentationContract Type: W2 onlyDuration: 3-4 monthsLocation: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)Pay Range: $72.00 - $80.00 per hourJob Summary:As a key member of the Client's Buying Programs team, the Business Process Management Specialist will focus on enhancing our scalable purchasing options by streamlining business processes and system improvements for our subscription services. The role involves acting as the product owner, leading user acceptance testing, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring efficient communication of test strategies and outcomes. Responsibilities include documentation, process flow chart creation, and triage of production issues, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the product owner and UAT test lead for B2B low touch Quote-to-Cash workflows.Analyze business requirements, translating them into epics, user stories, test scenarios, and plans.Communicate test strategies, results, and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders effectively.Facilitate weekly collaboration meetings to discuss solutions and prioritize system enhancements.Document processes and create flow charts for new or changing business processes.Must-Have Skills:

Process Improvement, for Digital buying marketplace50% Program Management Skills and 50% Doer, test surfaces, work with stake holdersQTC - Quote to Cash or SAAS or licensing, Pricing, API are plus points
