The Business Analyst will support Customer Service and Operations (CSO) by performing analysis to support the business decision-making needs of the CSO and serves as a liaison between IT and various business departments in support of the Pragma CAD scheduling, dispatch, and field data collection system. The Business Analyst assists in formulating and defining system scope and objectives with an understanding of business systems and processes. This position is also responsible for the implementation and configuration of enhancements to new and existing systems and providing training support for shop personnel. The Business Analyst defines specifications, conducts testing, and assists in developing recommendations to solve problems related to business system operations.Job Responsibilities
Perform analysis on large amounts of complex data to provide the business with fact-based insightsOffer internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness into design and analysisSupport departmental reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analyticsMake recommendations and present alternatives to address business needs or resolve impedimentsSystem configuration and administrationDevelop functional, process, and system documentationMonitor system and process performance and escalate issues as appropriateInfluence, gather, define and document complex business requirements and processesDevelop test plan / test cases and coordinate user acceptance testingLead projects or process improvementsServe as subject matter expert on systems, process, and user/customer impactPrepare business cases and cost/benefit analysisWork with cross-functional teams and contacts to ensure efficient process flow across organizational linesAnticipate, interpret, and translate overall business/industry trends into proactive/actionable solutionsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems/Technology or related discipline.Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with othersExcellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraintsExperience working with project management methodology preferredProficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Visio, Word)Preferred Qualifications

12/01/2024Pay Range Minimum : $64,949.56Pay Range Maximum : $139,581.26The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
